This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and international shipping conditions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within:

1-3 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Standard Shipping:

Free on orders of $100 USD or more.

Estimated Transit Time:

3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Orders are generally shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination, package, and available service.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery times may be longer than standard continental U.S. delivery estimates depending on carrier availability and destination.

Customers must provide a valid physical delivery address.

CANADA SHIPPING

Standard Shipping:

$9.99 USD

Free Shipping:

Free on orders of $200 USD or more.

Estimated Transit Time:

5-10 business days after order processing.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

MEXICO SHIPPING

Standard Shipping:

$9.99 USD

Free Shipping:

Free on orders of $200 USD or more.

Estimated Transit Time:

7-14 business days after order processing.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, customers are responsible for any applicable:

Import duties;
Customs fees;
Import taxes;
Brokerage charges; or
Other fees imposed by local customs authorities or carriers.

These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping charges unless specifically stated during checkout.

BLUEBRICK does not control or determine the amount of customs duties or import taxes charged by destination countries.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances including:

Carrier delays;
Weather;
Customs processing;
Holidays;
Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
High-volume shipping periods; or
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking information after shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates unusual delays or you believe your shipment may be lost, please contact:

Include your order number so that we can review the shipment information.

We may contact the shipping carrier as appropriate to investigate the shipment.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us promptly.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging when possible.

Damaged or defective products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
